• •Not share inappropriate content or spam the system

WhatsApp Communication

You consent to receive WhatsApp messages from Duny including:

• •Daily or weekly accountability check-ins
• •Progress summaries and AI feedback
• •Dashboard access links
• •Service updates (infrequent)

Standard messaging rates may apply. You can opt out by replying "STOP" to any message.

Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee:

• •100% uptime or uninterrupted service
• •Immediate delivery of WhatsApp messages
• •Continuous availability of all features

Intellectual Property

Duny retains ownership of the platform, software, algorithms, and AI-generated content. You retain ownership of your goal data and progress updates.

Limitation of Liability

Duny is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for failure to achieve your goals, technical issues, third-party service failures, or indirect damages.

Account Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We may terminate accounts for violation of these terms, abusive behavior, or suspected fraudulent activity. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
